An Accountability Partner (That’s Me!)—you do not have to do this alone

1:1 Consultation Package: 90 days

I offer a 3-month package as a minimum commitment, as Nutritional Therapy requires time and effort to make lasting positive change to your health. This 90-day package is the starting point for working together. This package is a great way to kick start your healing journey to reaching your health goals. All meetings are via video call.

I understand that 3 months can be a big commitment! I also offer individual sessions for those who want personalized support without committing to a full coaching package. In this one-time session, we’ll review your initial intake forms in detail, identify key areas of imbalance, and create a targeted nutrition and lifestyle protocol just for you. This is a great option if you’re looking for clarity, a customized plan, or a starting point for your wellness journey.

  • What My Clients Are Saying:

“Working with Brittani was an incredible experience. I had been struggling with gut issues and brain fog for years, and every time I turned to the traditional medical system, I was met with a new pill—but never any real answers. Brittani took a completely different approach. She walked me through a detailed 300+ question assessment, spent over an hour getting to know my symptoms, lifestyle, and habits, and actually helped me understand what was going on in my body. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful—and like I’m finally on the right track toward healing. I can’t recommend working with her enough.”

FAQs

  • A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) is a professional who specializes in evaluating a person’s dietary needs and creating individualized nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plans aimed at promoting optimal wellness. NTPs are trained to understand the impact of nutrient-dense foods on the body and to address health concerns by focusing on bio-individuality, which acknowledges each person’s unique nutritional requirements. Nutritional therapy uses nutrition and targeted support of the foundations of health (digestion, blood sugar regulation, stress, nutrient dense diet, and sleep) to balance the body and obtain optimal health and function.

  • As an NTP, I am taught and trained to emphasize bio-individuality and functional, root cause thinking, with a focus on a holistic and foundational approach to nutrition. However, my focus is much broader than nutrition as I also look at your daily habits, movement, sleep, and mental health. Registered Dieticians (RDs) may follow more conventional guidelines and work in clinical settings, and may be more focused on disease management.

  • I do not accept insurance, but I do have a payment plan available. By not accepting insurance this allows me to practice how I feel is best suited for each individual person and my recommendations aren’t guided by what insurance will allow me to do. This gives me more freedom to spend more time understanding your needs and gives me a broader range of recommendations to get you back to feeling your best.

  • I have been in your place and have been beyond frustrated and angered with the advice and recommendations from conventional medicine. Women especially are turned away and told their symptoms are just “normal” and to take some sort of pharmaceutical pill to mask it. Enough is enough and I am so proud to be a member of the holistic health community, where we are spreading the word on the power and importance of root cause healing. Every body wants to heal, we just need to listen and address what it is asking for.

I understand what hopelessness feels like, and I understand what gaining your health back feels like too! I am empowered and excited to help you feel the same. By listening to your every concern, I create an action plan tailored exactly to you, as there is no “one size fits all” approach to health.
